SOP Website –
When creating new pages, check the auto generated url for the new page to make sure it is easy to understand and makes sense. They can be modified from the automatically generated versions.

For each person’s page a publication page can be added using the author’s ID. More about Publications below
As part of the People section of the website each person can set up a Biographical Page.
BIOGRAPHICAL PAGES –
Biographical pages on the website are to be uniform.
If you have a personal website this link can be added to you SREAL Biographical Page.
If you think something needs to be different/or change, let Barbara or Greg know and why you think the change would make the website better.
Title TBD: PROJECTS – RESEARCH AREAS – TOPICS?
Overlap between Funding, projects, topics, or research areas is expected.
Further development of this area of the website is needed. Currently, research is listed as Projects (which may not be the right name), we need to figure out how best to showcase our research areas whether by Topic, Project, or Funding source. We are setting up tags for our publications in these three research related areas – Funding, Project and Topic.

Websites used to make thumbnails:
Projects will have a brief description on the projects page and detailed information with pictures or videos highlighting the topic on its own page. Individual project pages will have the Projects page as their parent page so projects links will be consistent. This will be discussed in more detail at a later date.
PUBLICATIONS –
Lead author will be responsible for inputting/importing their publications. Publications can be manually input or imported. When importing bibtex entries – please remove key words from bibtex files as these will become unwanted tags.
Bibtex entries –
Use full names in a “First name, last name and First name, Last name and…” format.
All publications that were published as a result of research associated with SREAL is to be tagged as SREAL. Publications should also be tagged with any co-publishing faculty’s tag.
Only SREAL related publications display on the websites main publication page but you can set up your own publication page with all of your publications listed.
